Our hand-poured candles have a burn time of approximately 35–45 hours, depending on the size and environment. To get the most from your candle, allow the top layer of wax to melt evenly on the first burn and trim the wick before each use.
Absolutely.
We offer both candle refills and diffuser refills to encourage a more sustainable lifestyle. Simply reuse your original jar or diffuser bottle — refill, relight, and enjoy.
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery is handled by trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size. The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free delivery promotions, so keep an eye out for those.
