We want you to love your Simuka Ambience products. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at simuka.ambience@gmail.com.

We will consider returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

We do not accept returns for:
